Jordana Talsky draws on her broad experience, from Bay Street and boutique firms to her roles as an Estate and Trust Consultant for Scotiabank and independent practitioner, to ease the complexities of succession planning and estate administration. She understands that legacy planning and dealing with a loss are weighty issues that deserve professional yet empathetic guidance. It is what it is ("c'est la vie"), but it can be easier.
Recognized in the 2025 edition of The Best Lawyers in Canada® and The Best Law Firms® - Canada for Trusts and Estates, Jordana's practice centers on probate planning, drafting wills, trusts, and powers of attorney; and providing comprehensive probate and estate administration services. Called to the Ontario Bar in 2010, Jordana holds a law degree from the University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from McGill University. She has led estate planning workshops, spoken at non-profits, and taught the estate law bar exam preparation course to international candidates.
